N4N in a Nutshell

Neighbor for Neighbor is an empowerment program that helps drive positive change through a process of neighborhood discussion and planning. It's main goals are:
- Build relationships and increase trust in two Springfield neighborhoods.
- Improve the quality of life in the neighborhoods.
- Empower participants to be agents of change.
- Engage citizens in neighborhoods who feel they have no vote.
